Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print quality, all artwork is subject to a basic technical check before production begins.

If any technical issues are identified, we will contact you before printing.

Supplying Print-Ready Artwork

For best results, please supply artwork as a print-ready PDF with:

• 300dpi resolution
• 3mm bleed on all edges (where required)
• CMYK colour mode
• Correct final dimensions
• Fonts outlined or embedded

If your file does not meet these specifications, we’ll let you know before production.

Every order includes a basic technical file check to ensure:

• Correct size
• Presence of bleed
• Suitable resolution
• No major technical errors

Please note this is a technical check only. We do not review spelling, grammar, layout accuracy or content unless a design service has been selected.

Suitable for moderate layout adjustments including:

• Repositioning elements
• Replacing images
• Adjusting spacing

Need something created from scratch?

Our Full Design Service includes:

• Custom design
• Professional layout
• Two rounds of revisions
• Print-ready PDF supplied

Additional revision rounds are available at £15 per revision.

Where we amend or design artwork for you, we will send a proof for approval before production begins.

Printing will only proceed once written approval is received.

Once approved and sent to print, changes cannot be made.

Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to differences in display settings and printing processes.

Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless agreed in advance.

If you supply your own artwork, please ensure all details are correct before submission.
