Ordering & Process

When does production begin?

Production begins once your artwork has been approved (where required) and payment has been received.

If artwork issues are identified, we will contact you before printing.


What happens after I place my order?

  1. Submit or email your artwork.

  2. We carry out a technical file check.

  3. If issues are found, we’ll contact you.

  4. Once approved, production begins.

  5. You’ll receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made before artwork is approved and production has started.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved and printing has started, cancellations are not possible.


Artwork

What artwork format should I supply?

We recommend a print-ready PDF with:

• 300dpi resolution
• 3mm bleed (where required)
• CMYK colour mode
• Correct final dimensions
• Fonts outlined or embedded


What if my artwork isn’t set up correctly?

We include a basic technical file check with every order. If issues are identified, we will notify you before printing.

Minor artwork fixes and full design services are available during checkout.


Can you fix my artwork?

Yes. You can select:

• Full Design Service

These options are available on the product page before checkout.


What does the free artwork check include?

Our free check covers:

• File size
• Bleed
• Resolution
• Major technical errors

It does not include spelling, grammar, layout or content review unless a design service is selected.


Do you check spelling and grammar?

No. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all content is correct before submission unless a full design service has been selected.


When will I receive a proof?

If you select an artwork fix or full design service, a proof will be sent for approval before production.

Production only begins once written approval is received.


Design Services

What’s included in the Full Design Service?

• Custom layout
• Professional formatting
• Two rounds of revisions
• Final print-ready file

Additional revisions are charged separately.


How long does artwork design take?

Design timelines vary depending on complexity, but most initial drafts are delivered within 1–2 working days.


Turnaround & Delivery

How long does printing take?

Turnaround times vary by product and are stated on each product page.

Production time begins once artwork is approved.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the selected service and courier. Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.


Do you offer express printing?

Express options may be available on selected products. Please contact us before ordering if you require urgent turnaround.


Colour & Print Quality

Will colours match exactly what I see on screen?

Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to differences in monitors and printing processes.

Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.


Can you colour match to a specific Pantone?

Please contact us before ordering if you require Pantone matching, as this may require a custom quote.


Payments & Invoices

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via Shopify checkout.


Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. An order confirmation and invoice are automatically sent after purchase.


Can I pay by bank transfer?

If you require bank transfer, please contact us before placing your order.


Returns & Issues

What if there is a printing error?

If there is a genuine printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We may request photographs to investigate.


What if there is an error in my artwork?

We cannot accept responsibility for errors within customer-supplied artwork once approved.

Please review your files carefully before approval.


General

Do you keep my artwork on file?

Artwork files may be retained for reprint purposes unless requested otherwise. Customers should maintain their own backup copies.


Can I reorder easily?

Yes. If we have your artwork on file, simply contact us quoting your previous order number.
